How do you take your coffee? Me? In a cupcake!

Hello everyone. How are you doing? It’s finally feeling a little cooler in the mornings and evenings, but summer still drags on here in Japan. Many of you are probably, like me, beginning to feel the fatigue and need a little pick-me-up. A kind friend gave me a huge bag of walnuts for my birthday last week, so I decided to put them to good use in these delightful coffee and walnut cupcakes. With a mascarpone topping, they are easy to make and a pleasure to eat. Check out the recipe.
皆さま、こんにちは。元気に頑張っていますか?朝晩はやっと少し涼しく感じるようになりましたが、長い夏がもうしばらく続きそうですね。この時期になると 疲れが出てきますね。先週、私の誕生日の祝いに、優しいお友達からたくさんのクルミを頂きました。早速利用して、このとても美味しいコーヒーとクルミの カップケーキを作って見ました。トッピングはコーヒー味のマスカルポーネです。日本で、市販のマスカルポーネを買うと付いてくるエスプレッソシロップを混 ぜるだけで出来上がる。ぜひ作って見てください。レシピはこちらへ。。。
