Honestly speaking, in yet another week that has seen extremely sad and worrying news from around the world, I’ve found it a little difficult to get excited about baking. 今週も、世界のあちらこちらからとても心配な、悲しいニュースが届いた中、正直に言うとベーキングに対してあまりやる気が出なかった。I eventually decided to keep things simple and pulled out a trusty recipe book that I bought 25 years ago. 最終的に２５年前に買った、どんな時に当てになるレシピの本を引っ張り出しました。The result was a pleasant surprise.
