Today in Japan, it’s Labour Thanksgiving Day. As both my husband and I have the day off, we are going to take a walk and go out for lunch. But first, let me share a secret with you: they make great cake in Denmark! For this week’s classes, I made a new cake: the Danish Dream cake. Originally called Drommekage fra Brovst (comes from the Brovst region of Denmark), this cake is simple scrumptious…a true comfort food. If you’re a coconut lover like myself, you’re really going to enjoy this one. You can find the recipe on our web site’s recipe page.
