Run, run as fast as you can..you can’t catch me, I’m the Gingerbread Man!

Here at White Rose, we are on the official approach to Christmas: lessons, baking and all! December’s first recipe is a favourite of mine and always popular with the students: gingerbread men. Golden syrup is a staple ingredient of many British cakes and biscuits. It can be a little hard to find in Japan, but I usually manage to buy it online. Happy baking everyone! 12月に入って、ホワイトローズではレシピやレッスンのテーマは思い切りクリスマスだ!今週のお菓子はクリスマスの定番でもあり、生徒さんの中で大人気であるジンジャーブレッドビスケットです。利用するゴールデンシロップはイギリスのお菓子作りに主要な材料です。日本では少し手に入れにくいですが、ネットで探せばところどころで販売されています。レシピはこちらへ。。
